Now...I am a beginner at this and we have always played home poker with the Wal-Mart set of chips or some other trinky set......
I just got a set of 650 Royal FLush Design chips.
11.5 grams metal insert....Clay composite I think...Roughly $95 shipped...
Came with Alum. case, cards, dice, dealer...etc.....So I am tickled pink.....

That is the link.....If anyone has any feedback...I would appreciate it....Now....I THINK they stack fine....They are a little slippery I guess...But that's ok......
AND...I salvaged an old 48" diameter table from that they were going to throw away......Fixed it up and put some felt down and some nice edging and VOLIA....now I need some good chairs....I figured once I get some good winnings from my home tourneys I could upgrade....or maybe I will be taking out a loan..hehe

I briefly had one of these sets. I think they're worth the price and are decent chips. I ended up selling them so I can afford to buy some custom chips.

I have these chips they are arlight i guess for a first set and for the price they are pretty cheap. They are very slick and are hard to stack. Ive had them for about 2 months and am getting new chips for christmas
