Flop play: Take the pot down now or wait?

I came across this exact situation twice in a SNG a few minutes ago. Here's the setup:

You are in the SB or BB, and their is a raise from middle/late position. You have no information on the player, but he is not a rock and you can assume he doesn't have an overpair. You have a medium pocket pair, TT, JJ, 99, or possibly QQ. The rest of the table has folded. You decide to flat call in the blind, assuming he has overcards or a lower pair. The flop comes... and its a rainbow flop with all rags. You are 99% sure you are ahead at this point. You are first to act.

What do you do?

A. Put in a big bet, scaring the overcards away and winning a small, but still decent pot.

B. Check-raise, maybe all-in depending on how many chips you are sitting on. This will win you an extra bet, or even double you up if called.

C. Check-call, trying to get him to put all his chips in on a bluff next round. (If an A, K, or Q comes, you will probably be forced to fold.)

If you choose A, you are aiming to win the pot right then, not risking an outdraw. With B and C, you are hoping no aces or faces drop in order to win a monster pot.

In the SNG, twice I checked the flop and the raiser went all-in. First time he flipped over AQ (I had JJ) and I won a nice pot. Second time, however, I was up against AJ (I had TT) and he rivered the ace to end my tourney. (Though I did make a few bucks for 4th out of 20, which is nice)

For some reason, this situation reminds me of Lederer vs. Brunson in this years WSOP, when Doyle went all-in with his flush draw assuming Lederer would fold.

Opinions? My personal feeling is to go with B, especially in a ring game or SNG, as the chance an A, K, Q will fall isn't very high and you are willing to risk an outdraw. In a MTT, I might be more inclined to choose A, especially in the earlier rounds when the maniacs are around.

Bet out. Check raising is only wise if you have a lock on the hand, which you don't.

Theres nothing wrong with winning a small pot. And besides, many players will call you with overcards on a rag flop, assuming you don't have anything either.

I'm with Carson. Never be afraid to win a pot right now.

I don't like the preflop play, but we're already on the flop.

This is my generic play:

I bet, there is always a chance he will reraise, then you can raise him again. 3 bets are better than 2.

In a tourney I bet the pot, or close to it, I do not everbet it yet. If he calls I again bet the pot on the turn assumming no scare cards come, if it commits more than half my chips I move them all in since I will be pot committed anyway.

Funny you should mention this scenario, as it happened to me yesterday with TT, i moved all in on flop. 1 guy folded and other met me and hit straight (inside straight draw on flop).
