I have seen dealerbuttons.com and am impressed. But I was just looking to see what else is out there. So far my searches have come up short.
Did you know that participating in a poker forum can help you improve your own game? Be it by sharing experiences or simply asking for help, participation in a forum helps you focus and keep 'on topic' which will help you improve your game. You can learn from other players feedback and from their experiences. Why the THP poker forums? We offer one of the best managed texas holdem poker forums available, and the community within is far more friendly than those typicaly found on other sites. We've made a 'lurkers edition' of the poker forum available here on Holdem Poker Online, but we encourage all visitors to register and join in on the conversations on TexasHoldem-Poker.com

It's pretty bad that you have to preface everything like that thanks to some over-zealous mods on this site.

Ah I should have mentioned the handblown glass website as well. These 2 seem to be the only places to find protectors. I have searched all over ebay for coins and pog slammers with no luck...

Disclaimer: I do not work for these people in any way but am only listing their site since Jables was looking for additional information on card protectors.
Scroll about half way down on the page. Just some additional for you to look at. I have found these cheaper on another site and saw it on ebay the other day.

I think the mods are doing just fine.
Someone requested card protectors and someone linked to a site that sells card protectors, that's not a problem. "Where can I find some premium casino chips?" then linking to your POS plastic suited dice chip EBay auction SHOULD get you the ban stick.
PokerChipReviews and Dice702 both contribute and link to their site, but they're not banned because they does so at appropriate times.

fine lets get rid of the "over-zealous mods". Try and read the forum then. It would be nothing but spam. Maybe you should get some posts under your belt and hang around on the forum for a while before you start bad talking the mods.

I like those oversized Paulson chips! Just think of a set of 500. Damn that would be expensive!

I did not say that there isn't a need for moderators. They obviously perform a duty, and in most cases, do it well. My concern is that they may be on a power trip one day and delete a post that I, and possibly, many others may find useful, such as the post by the vendor that sells the cheapest table tops I've ever seen. I hope this is not taken the wrong way because I know none of these guys personally, and I realize that there is definitely a need for what they do.
Concerning the second comment: I AM relatively new to this site and I only post when I have information that someone else hasn't already presented, but I really enjoy and value all of the useful info that I have read. I just don't want to miss out on any of it so a little more lattitude please.

It depends if the advice was solicited or not.
Someone posting, "Where can I find cheap tabletops?" and then getting a link for a response is not a problem.
Someone just posting "Cheap table tops here..." then giving a pitch for an EBay auction, or linking to their site is uncalled for. If he wants to advertise he needs to buy a banner.

I never would have asked where I could buy one because I never would have thought that I could buy a quality table top for less than I could build one ($185). Also, where are the advertisements on this site?

Got some good links so far. Anyone have anything else to add as to some ideas on card protectors or where to buy them?
