I've been looking around the web and can't really find a good source for Custon cards. I even went to The US Playing Card Co. to see if I could get a bunch of "BEE Club special" decks made up with my table Logo. I really like these cards and use them on all my tables. even bought a crate full of them. but not my suply is running short.
I want to upgrade my decks now. I've upgraded everything elce, why not the cards. so here I am woundering where to get awesome cards custom made. plastic wouldn't be totaly out of the question. but I really would like to stick with the Wight and stiffness of the BEE cards.
Any sujestions?..

You can get custom KEMs but I think you have to buy like 10,000 decks or so.

Don't know if you've seen these from Kardwell:
http://www.customplayingcards.com/
I'd ask about the quality and get samples like usual. Price and minimum depends on the quantity you want.
