We were suppose to have 8-10 for some NL holdem action but only 5 showed. Oh well, 1st week trying to get together, hopefully numbers will improve.
It was funny though, Jonny and I dominated. I won the 1st $30 buyin, he took second (you called my all in w/ K7? what were you thinking....HA LOL).
2nd one I was the smallest stack w/ 55 and went all in to take blinds (15% or so of my stack)-I was called by 66. jonnyboy was dealing and flipped over a 5 on the turn. GOLDEN. Then some jackass friend of mine pointed out that jonnyboy forgot to burn a card. DAMN. I lose, that guy wins, jonnyboy takes 2nd again.
Funniest moment of the night: jonnyboy had gone runner runner for 2 pair w/ A6 to take out someone that was clueless about how to play in the 1st tourney. 2nd one, jonnyboy dealing flops A 10 6, he says, "hey there is that A6 again". He bet the flop, turn and went all in on the river. That same clueless guy called down w/ pocket Js-jonny flips over A6 AGAIN for 2 pair. Same dude wiped out by the same hand and the 2nd time w/ a warning.
