When it comes to head to head (pre flop) we know that the low pair Vs 2 overcards is roughly a coin flip situation but what are the approximate odds for the following scenarios. Hopefully, these are things that someone may know off the top of their head.
(1) One player has 2 cards BOTH higher than the opponent (Eg, 10,9 Vs Q,J)
(2) each player has one card the same (Eg, A,J Vs A,Q)
(3) One player has an overpair (Eg, J,J Vs Q,Q)
Thanks in advance.

Over pair.... 80-20 to 82/18 depending on suits
Dominated... i'd say 70/30 to 77/23 depending on suits
Overcards.... depends a lot. Suited connector vs AK can be about 60/40
but J2o vs AK is probably 70/40
