I ordered some chip samples, and some single chips from 5stardeal and i have had trouble communicating with them. I live in Indiana and the site said they are based somewhere in ohio. I have been waiting for 4 days for anything to come, and nothing has. I have emailed them 4 times. but they havent responded. Has anyone had any problems with 5stardeal before?
Did you know that participating in a poker forum can help you improve your own game? Be it by sharing experiences or simply asking for help, participation in a forum helps you focus and keep 'on topic' which will help you improve your game. You can learn from other players feedback and from their experiences. Why the THP poker forums? We offer one of the best managed texas holdem poker forums available, and the community within is far more friendly than those typicaly found on other sites. We've made a 'lurkers edition' of the poker forum available here on Holdem Poker Online, but we encourage all visitors to register and join in on the conversations on TexasHoldem-Poker.com

They take a while to get a hold of sometimes. I have had some issues with them in the past, but they've always made good on their orders. Give them a couple of days.

We're entering the holiday shopping season... you're going to have to be a little more forgiving. Not just with 5star but with everyone.

4 days? Like you ordered Mon. and it's not there yet LOL? And you've emailed 4 times already?? You need to relax dude, it's entirely normal for a ground shipped order to take a week or more especially this time of year as has been noted. 5star has order tracking, what does it say?
I've used 5star as have many others here, they're completely legit.

I deal with all or our mailing here at work and I can tell it's taken 4 days for something to get across town. Much of the new security and screening used by the USPS really holds things up. Incidentally the screening facility for us here in DC is in OH.
They should give you a response back, but you do need to relax a wee bit. I've used 5 Star at various points in the past 5-6 years and have never had a problem. Well I take that back, I got a broken chip case once but they replaced it quickly and to my satisfaction.
