Someone on another forum has managed to make me obsess about these chips:
http://www.casinocom.com/ChipSale/blankedgespotchips.html
I really want them now but I don't trust the site selling them (they are selling these for .65 a piece and composite royal flush chips for .60 a piece???)
Anyway, does anyone know where else they can be found?
Thanks!!

I've ordered from Casinocom.com several years ago (1998 IIRC) so I can't comment about now, but I do know that had some severe problems and I'm not sure if they're even taking orders. See the message on the home page. I'd give 'em a call to find out.
The chips are made by the Blue Chip Co. you'd probably be best off calling them direct, though it seems like their customer service has been a mixed bag. I've heard stories both pro and con.
You can do a yellow pages search for Blue Chip Company Las Vegas, NV. The phone number might be in one of these threads too or on 2+2.

Great info, thanks! I really wish Blue Chip had a website. What's the matter with them?
Anyway I read all those disclaimers on Casino.com - very strange.

Those edge spots are almost exact duplicates of a Paulson style about 12 or 15 years ago. I have a $2 Diamond Lil's chip (cardroom in Renton, Washington, just south of the Seattle/Tac airport) that has the very same spot pattern, and it's a neat chip. I can see why you liked that set, it's sure looks nice.
For any of you in the Seattle area, Diamond Lil's just bought new chips, identical to their old ones--made by Paulson, of course, Top Hat and Canes. The old ones were so worn that they haven't been able to stand on edge for a long time. If you collect chips it's always nice to get into a place when they are bringing the new ones in, because "mint condition" casino chips are hard to find and are great to trade with--so picking up a couple dozen of these brand-new Paulsons made in a style no longer seen is like taking a trip back in time.

Not to get off subject, but I will be in the Seattle/Vancouver area next month and would love to find a nice cardroom or casino to play in. Could you give me some more info on this Diamond Lil's or any other place nearby. Thanks for your help.

Actually Diamond Lil's was recommended to me by members here...you can go back and check old posts in the casino section where I asked a about Seattle pokef (in about May of June of this year).
I think Diamond Lil's is all you need to know. There were about 75 places in the Seattle/Tacoma metro area to play hold'em, if you can believe that. Anyway, competition's intense. DL's is a cardroom/grill in Renton, Washington just about 4 blocks off the interstate. Renton's about 10 min. south of the SeaTac airport. While they are not going to feed you for free, you will be treated well there--better than any casinos I've been in.
Most of the Seattle area poker is lower limit, with 5/10 being typically the high game. DL's has the low limit stuff, but also spreads a very nice 6/12 game (it might have been 8/16). They have another, higher limit game, 12/24, but I was never able to get a seat at that table.
