My hand was 8h, 3d
Opponents: Qs,2h
Board shows: As,8d,Qc,3hAh
Now I had 2 pair orignally w/ 8,3 against there pair of Q's
but now with the flop showing 2 A's does that make there hand better w/ A,Q?
I believe I would have had to use best 2 pair which makes my hand now 8,A's.......
do you follow?
I heard that if you play the board the best you can do is split the pot.....is this true and if so how so?

The best hand plays for each person. In this case, since the board paired up, the 2 best hands are:
YOU: A A 8 8 Q
OPPONENT: A A Q Q 8
Your opponent won that hand. The pair of aces made your pair of 3's counterfeit.
