this is my most memorable hand
i had built up my bankroll online from $100 to around $900 in small tournaments and NL-games. i decided to give a limit game a try so i jumped into a $15/$30 game.
i get a hand, AK suited and im in early position so i raise and get raised and reraised by the next two guys. i reraise (probably stupidly) and get raised and reraised until its maxs out. flop comes QJx... i check and get raised and reraised. i figure, ok...im in this deep already might as well call. turn comes 10 and i shit my pants...no flush possiblity on the board. i raise and again get raised and reraised. river is another 10 and i raise and am raised and reraised and i am scared of a boat so i just call.
one guy has QJ and made two pair on the flop
other guy has AA of course
and my straight wins me a sexy $850 pot, so far my largest ever
the AA guy had to have know he was beat but yet he continued to reraise...people just cant throw away their rockets...
