Position

I was in early position with KJs and called at a full table. Then about 3/4 of the way through there was a raise that was 4 1/2 times the BB. This player was new to the table so I had no read on them. I felt like folding was the best thing to do.

Should I have called?

Should I have folded?

I know I regret folding because a royal flush came up. Shocked

The fold was definetly the right decision regardless of what came up. Chances are the raiser had a pocket pair, AK, AQ, or something like that. Also, with him being new to the table, its safest just to throw that hand away.

KJs can often get you into trouble in early position. You might even want to consider throwing it away in early position. Then again, I might play NL tighter than most.
