Just curious. I mean i just can't get enough of watching it on TV. I'll sit and watch one show after the other, and i'll FFW through prob 80% of the broadcast, except of course when It comes to decision time for the poker participants. I've found 1992-2003 WSOP main events on ESPN Classic, some new one on the Game show Network, WPT all over the place.
ANybody else obsessed with TV poker?

I record them all as well with my DVR. Well, except for Celebrity Poker :D

oops..i forgot to mention i'm a big fan of Celebrity poker......haven't watched them in a while, I don't find the re-watch value all that high.....
Best part of Celebrity poker: When Dennis Rodman goes nuts and starts yelling at people and storming off....that was just classic! Artest anyone?

I have a keyword 'poker' and that picks up almost everything I want to watch. Or Dick Van Dyke show when Rob's trick deck made it into the game. Or MASH. Or 3's Company... Some random stuff makes it onto the TiVo, but those recordings are low priority.
Celeb: I watch it but not twice.

I do the same thing. Easier to edit out the commercials. :D

I used to TiVo all poker on TV until it completely filled up my hard drive. Now its just first run shows. I have a hard time watching the ESPN classic episodes where they dont show the hole cards. That is not nearly as enjoyable or interesting.
When they started showing hole cards, the pros made a big stink because they didnt want people to know how they played. Now look how much poker has taken off, and how much more $$ the pros are making bydragging these newcomers through the dirt.

Ditto on all that. I especially like it when it records "Digrassi" or some kids show with "poker" in the description.
I've liked the shows called "Ultimate Poker Challenge." Well, it's good poker, and a great looking chick host, but the guy narrating sucks. The narration is too scripted, even the poker-pro guests...

"Tivo" to me has become generic really. I don't have a Tivo, I use a Media Center PC that runs all my media to the TV (music, video, satelite, etc). It does the same things Tivo does, plus a whole lot more. You can get them for well under $1000 now, especially used on ebay.
