Hi....I have been reading the forums here to get info on what to buy. I didn't want anything too expensive, but not to cheap either. I was going to get the Tri-colors from http://www.5stardeal.com with there 25% off code, the price would have been ok........But I found these and went ahead and got them. I have never hear of them, or seen anyone talk about them much, but I ordered from them anyway. Shipped the next day and I got them on time so I think they were a good place to order from. The chips are nice. Not a sticker or anything. They are not as slick as most would think. They are not bright and shinny either. They just look good and they feel good. I when around town seeing what others have and they feel a lot better than the generic cheap ones. They have to same sound to them as most, but I don't think they are as metal sounding. They are ABS, but I really like them. Just wanted to post my experience and thank all for the other posts. They helped me decide what I wanted.................Next year it will be the Nevada Jacks that I will get............

While this post COMPLETELY looks like spam in disguise, I have to admit that these chips not too bad looking for 11.5g "dice" knock-offs. Especially if that's not a decal.
Too bad the price is way too high for ABS chips with a slug insert. It's about $50-60 too high...

This cracks me up - all of our posts helped him decide on a chip none of us have ever seen or posted about, and one he didn't get samples of like we always recommend. Priceless.

It's not spam. I just posted the same thing in both forums because I read them both..........The experience of reading all the posts did help..........I was able to tell that pretty much all the less expensive chips are the same........They are all made of plastic and the quality will very.........It wasn't about which one to buy, it was about were to look and what to look for.......and since they are all cheap, then it didn't matter which one I bought. I liked the fancy image, I know most don't. I only play at home with the family anyway, so it didn't matter........I think they do cost more than they should, but I still like them. I didn't have time to get a bunch of samples from every ware, because they are a Christmas present to my wife and I needed to get soon. I just started looking at the beginning of the month..............Believe what you want...............

Nice looking chips, except for the text that says "The Ultimate Poker Chip". I don't really want a set of poker chips that basically say "I'm a poker chip!" on them.

Given galderon's signature...I'll moderately moderate, and leave this thing alone.
The fact is that our guys know what they like and they know what the chips are worth. I don't think this is really spam. If it were, it's certainly not going to make one of us go flying to 5star and plunk down bucks for a low-end chip set--although slowplayray's analysis shows the astute and risible machinations of a keen mind. Did anyone else's eyebrows go up as they laughed?
