Do all Casinos have a Texas Hold Em table? I've been wondering about this so I went to the Binions website, and they have 1-4-8 Hold Em, 4-8 Hold Em, 10-20 Hold Em. Are these just different names for Texas Hold Em?
Also, is there a big difference between Texas Hold Em and regular Hold Em?

Not all casinos have hold'em, but alot do.
Texas hold'em and hold'em are the same game. As for the numbers, those are the betting structures. A $10/$20 hold'em game has $10 bets preflop and on the flop, and $20 bets on the turn and river.
