Alright I am looking for a 1000 set with a case so I can have fairly large tournaments. Im not looking to spend a whole lot of money. Right now I just have 500 of those 9 dollar a box wal mart suited chips. Im looking to upgrade a bit. Thanks

It all depends on your budget.

For a set of 1000 that are "better" than dice, diamond, or suited chips i would check out this: http://www.5stardeal.com/deals/10Expand.asp?ProductCode=10-8000-1KS
I have a set of these and love them. Great edge spots and colors (which i wanted) but they do still have that metal clank. the case pretty much sucks but atleast the handle hasnt broken yet so it is still usable. Plus with the 25% off its a decent deal.
But yes it does depend on your price range.

Browsing ebay i found these which occur to be a copy of the High rollers. Pretty good price and great feedback from buyers.

the high rollers arent an upgrade from the suits they are still plastic with a metal insert.........i would prefer the suits to the high rollers they are incredably over priced....
