was playing with some friends
i held Q J
flop came 10 K Ace so i flopped the nut straight
some1 bets 1 call and i raise all in although its not much more than the initial bet
both call putting another player all in so we turn our cards up
1st better shows pocket kings so he has 3 kings
2nd player has ace 5 so top pair (obvious bad call by him)
and im very happy cuz it looks like a big pot for me
turn comes no help to anyone
and the river....10! The original better gets a pair on the board and full house on the river
I'm assuming theres no other way I could have played this, right?

I don't think you could have done anything different because you had no more chips.
If you had more chips you may have been able to get the guy with KKK to fold. Although to be fair, most people will always call or riase with trips (2 in the pocket) because (a) it is normally a winning hand and (b) this hand has 7 outs to become boat or quads on the turn and 10 outs (if the turn didn't hit) to make a boat or quads on the river. Most people will always call with trips, even it is a weak trips (only one card in hand - poor kicker), because they don't usually stop to consider the hand the other player is holding, only the one they can see.
In conclusion, I don't think you did anything wrong but, at the same time, I don't consider that you took a bad beat because you didn't bet strong enough (because you didn't have the ammunition) to take away his odds.
