I have been playing in H/U matches quite a bit lately. I sometimes find myself in routine. This is very bad. Be careful not to patternize your moves. As it is an indicator of your hands.
This typically isn't an issue when playing live. Internet poker suffers from this much more. The only thing your opponent can do to assess your hands are to try to find patterns.
