Hi,

My name is Orni and I'm from Tradal, Empire Poker marketing department. I've crossed over one of your posts on a poker forum. As an offline poker player, I'm sure you meet many poker players on these forums and elsewhere. I would like to offer you to join Empire Poker offline affiliate program and get 25% as profit sharing for players you can bring to Empire Poker. Let me know if you are interested. If you do, I'll send you bonus code, tracker number and Empire Poker business cards.

Sincerely Yours,

Orni

i dont know, should i be afraid, im sure im not the only one to get one of these, Tony your job may get harder yet

How did you get this? was it a PM on here?
If so did anyone else get one?
Smells of scam to me, or at the very least he is trying to get people into his own affiliate program.
If you do wish to become an affiliate for empire and you have the means by which to get people into empire thru your affiliate code, then you can do so by going to their site and clicking the "affiliates" link on their mainpage.

Dunno about the business cards tho Confused

did you get this via e-mail??

personally, i would stay far away from anything that was the result of an unsolicited e-mail.

yes an e-mail, i have no intention of doing it, but i doubt im the only one who got this.

Expect a new wave of affiliate spammers if this is legit?

waaaaay bac kin the day i tried to be an empire affiliate through tradal and they wouldnt pay me b/c the people i referred were not "serious gamblers" (didnt generate enough rake). i would recommend against it unless you can find a bunch of addicts who keep redepositing

wouldnt say it was spam.
Im assuming youve got an account there and theyve emailed you about it?
(if your not a member there then i suppose it would be a bit spammish - thats a word you know!)

Spam-Unsolicited "junk" e-mail sent to large numbers of people to promote products or services.

I'd say it fits the bill very nicely.

I also received the same email and also ignored it along with the guy by the similar name that promised me millions of dollars if I would just give him my bank account number.

I felt I had to get that post out of the main section... I understand it wasn't Pablo's, but I guarantee you that Orni is lurking and reading.

If you are out there, Orni, I know your boss. Please stop spamming our forum or I'll tell on you.
