If you all haven't read this book by Larry W. Phillips, I highly recommend it. Over and over I see on the forum players who are having difficulty with emotions. They get sky-high when they win and whale-shit when they lose. This book can help with those emotional swings, which are directly tied to the bankroll swings. This book will help. See if your local library has a copy. Mine does. I'm going to buy a copy, now. It's worth more than the cost, imho.

Yes, I did a couple of years ago. Put me down on the list of recommenders. If you can separate yourself from the game, I think you're ahead already.
Not sure it works all the time for me, though.

I think this is one of those books where every time you pick it up, you find something new in it. The more I read it, the more I recommend it.
