My best hand ever...nothing to do with money |

I was at the trop for a marathon session. I played saturday night from 7 am to 7 pm. I was doing OK. Up $350. By the end of the night, I was even, btw.
About 1 am, this guy and girlfriend sit down and claim they are drunk. He sits on my right and starts sloshing his $200 in chips and actually runs it up to $1100. I kid you not. He loves to rub it in people's faces when he is bluffing also.
Anyway, he picked my pocket for about $300. After about four hours of playing, I could pretty much tell what he has. I stopped being aggressive and started to let him build pots up for me.
My favorite hand then comes. I get pocket kings. I bet $25. Everyone folds till it gets to the guy on my right. He raises me to $50, I reraise to $100. He calls. I know from watching him that he has A and a bad kicker. If he had AA, he would have went all in. With A and a face card he would have went at least 4X my bet. I am now down to only $165. Flop comes xAx. He still looks nervous since this was the first time I raised and then reraised him. He asks if I want to check to the river. I look at him and say please just play cards. He looks really really nervous.
Now, I know what he has...and he knows that I know what he has. I say "flick it" and call All In. He looks at mee. He must of stared for literally 5 minutes. He starts mumbling crap. He knows he has the best hand. WHy would I go all in. He counts his chips, puts 'em back. Counts them again. He stands up. Mumblinb mumbling. Stares again. Asks me if i want him to call. Do I want him to fold. I just stare at the TV monitor and ignore him totally.
He finally says he folds and turns over his cards, he had an A9. To rub it in his face like he has done to everyone else for the last two hours, I turn over my KK. He goes bonkers. Starts yelling, why would I do that. My entire bankroll was at stake. Nobody does that to him. His buddy from another table runs over to calm him down. I just look at him calmly and say, "I knew you would fold. You don't have it in you."
I play for another hour but he certainly calmed down. When I get up to leave, he actually shakes my hand and says that I taught him something. I then tell him that when he offered to check to the river, I knew he would foild and told him about his betting pattern.

The girl wasn't a tall blonde with a Staten Island accent, was it? Someone fitting that description ended up at our $6/$12 game for 30 minutes or so before the floor person kicked her out for being abusive to, well, everyone. We tolerated her at first because she had a decent stack and was clearly liquored up. Problem was, she started catching cards, so it became intolerable.
Crappy game too. I was playing with 4 other regulars that I've played with before, although on separate occasions. It was like the game at the Taj in "Rounders"...the "Chesterfield South."

Then they're perfect together. Let's just hope they don't breed.

those 2 are always there together pretending to not know how to play, or to be drunk, most of the time at the same table, and she usually wears tight low cut shirt.
