Saw this in the paper this morning, track has to be open for a year or soemthing before the card room can open. Looks like the Racino will be approved for Canterbury too, hopefully theyll get to add more tables and more limits/no limit games. http://www.startribune.com/stories/693/5194841.html

I personally don't see it happening. Let's face it, this town don't need another horsetrack. Especially a horsetrack kept alive by a bunch of poker players. I wish there was OTB in this state. Disappointed that topic is not even on the table at this point.
I think a full bown casino at the Mall of America has a better chance.

How bout Minnesota is getting nothin done!!! Typical legislative session here again. I think the Twins will get a stadium just after the team is contracted. Who keeps voting these morons into office?
So far the udate for poker/casino's here is....NO Racino at Canterbury...NO gambling at the mall of america......and NO poker room approved for Anoka County.....And the the dumb B#$sterds haven't even talked about the Twins stadium deals!
Any Minnesotans on here please stopping voting the same liberal bums into office again and again!!! lets get someting done!!!!
