Who gets the small blind and big blind when there are only two players left?

The dealer gets the small blind, the other person gets the big blind.

Just to add to the above, the dealer also acts first preflop, and acts last post flop.

The person directly to the left of the big blind acts first preflop.

Except when there are only two players left then the player to the right of the BB acts first.
