There seems to be a lot of doubt on the scottkeen forum about the validity of the guy trying to organize it. He's probably totally sincere, but it looks looks like Discout Casino aka Demay Enterprises may just drop ship directly from their vendors. All they would do is take the orders and send them to the distributor to be shipped, they themselves would not have any inventory (it's a common practice for a lot of the mail-order vendors that you see on the web for computer equipment.) You'll probably find that the address for DeMay Enterprises is actually a residential address for the owner, Tom DeMay. I guess you could call him a sales broker of sorts.
