If you are in a tourn. which pays only first and second. The 'big stack' goes all-in and the other two call. If the 'big-stack' wins and takes both players out...who comes in second? The one with the most chips or the one with the best hand between the two?

Thanks guys. That is what I thought, but we have one player that likes to try a pull a fast one sometimes.
