It depends on what spades are on the board.
If the spades on the board are all higher than 6, then it's a split pot.
If any of the spades on the board are lower than a 6, then the guy with the 6 of spades wins the pot.

Player A:
K K
Player B:
6 3
Like the other poster said, if the board has all higher spades than the 6, its a split pot.
Split Pot Board:
7 9 10 K A

Split Pot board:
Player A's Hand: 7 9 10 K A
Player B's Hand: 7 9 10 K A
As you can see, both players have identical hands. Best 5-card hand wins. Split pot.

Player B Wins Board:
3 9 10 K A

Player B Wins Board:
Player A's Hand: 3 9 10 K A
Player B's Hand: 6 9 10 K A
As you can see, Player B has a higher flush, kinda like how if both people have the same pair, the higher kicker wins.

Player A Wins Board:
3 4 4 K A
| Quote: |
Player A Wins Board:
Player A's Hand: 4 4 K K K
Player B's Hand: 6 9 10 K A
As you can see, Player A has a full house, and beats the flush.

In situation three Player A has a full house, and of course he wins that one.
Anytime nobody can beat the board, then it is definately a split pot.
