Talk about hiking up the price of paulson chips. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=63759&item=6151004972&rd=1
This works out to $2.60 cents per chip and it DOESNT even include shipping?!?!?! In description is says most chips are heavily used and rounded. Its people like this that make me sick to my stomach.

I know the price is high, but what's the problem?
No one is making anyone bid on those and he appears to be disclosing everything... or am I missing something?

If you go back in look at his auctions in Ebay you will see what he paid for those. He's not making that much on them if he gets that price.

he bought the set for $820 for a 600 chip set and is selling 500 for over a grand. I would have to say that thats a huge profit.

anyways $2.60 a chip is overkill. Ebay is driving up the price of chips. Thats all im saying

Look closely, those are different chips than the ones he bought. The $25's have the alternate edgespots. As well the set he bought had mostly new chips, and the ones he is selling are heavily used. I was talking to the guy a week ago about buying this set, and he has plenty of chips in poor to moderate condition which he used to make up this set. He is keeping all of the really nice ones for himself! Can't blame him, they are sweet chips.

Crackhead is a bit strong, but it does appear that he is selling off the worst of his chips at the highest price.

I don't understand the problem here. It's simply supply and demand setting the price between a willing seller and a willing buyer. Econ 101.
