WOW, quickest session ever. . one hand and I was on the rail.

Limped UTG w/AK and got six callers. button pops it to $75, the first hand that pops into my head is J J or 10 10 and he doesn't want to see a flop.

Well, I bought in for $270 (54 BB) which is short for this game and immediately pushed in. Calling 15BB out of position with a short stack just doesn't seem like +EV. (Am I wrong or right about this?)

Flop: K Q x

Turn: 3

River: J

Great, it went from a coin flip, to 10.8 : 1 fav. then a 22 : 1 fav.

I called his hand before he flipped it over; at least he was impressed by that. And I get a full night's sleep instead of doubling up.

Confused

GEE Not only do you waste your bosses time, but you waste ours. Laughing

Your second post must have been done at the bar after the game.

If anyone could translate it for me I'd appreciate it.

hahahaha Laughing me no speakie eng-resh

I played one hand, and one hand only.

I limped UTG with AKo. Button raised to $75 (15bb) w/jacks and I re-raised all-in with AK to $270 (54bb) and he quickly called.

I thought about calling here but I decided against calling out of position. Plus there was enough dead money in the pot to make this move +EV. (i'd win more than I'd risk in a coin flip situation)

I flopped a king and then he rivered a jack. After 5 minutes at the club, my session was promtply over.
