I bought some Copags from MSPatton around the New Year Holiday and really liked them. Last week at my weekly game, the king of diamonds had a large crease on it. Nobody fessed up to causing it, I just wanted to know how it happened.
I read the guarantee card and it says if the deck has not been used extensively that they will replace the damaged card. I figured 2 nights is not extensively, so I would investigate.
So I went to the site and e-mailed the customer service and told them what happened...Today (5 business days later) I received a brand new double deck of the same cards with a note saying "sorry for the inconvenience, please mail the damaged card to us with the guarantee card". This proves to me that they really want the customer to be happy, and they were very prompt with my e-mail conversations.
So now, I have 3 perfect decks of Copags, and one deck of 51, all for a great price from MSPatton.
The point of this is I almost did not see what could be done about the card so if anyone has a damaged card, or eventually has a damaged card, e-mail Copag and they will take care of you. I will definately continue to buy Copags...
