Inspired by Slow Play Ray's nice TR Kings, I decided to mock up my own.
All comments are greatly appreciated.

Tracer,
IMO:
Unless you need them, I would first of all loose the two side "auxillary" falcons. I don't think that they will look very distinguished on a final chip, the three falcon profiles together will look "bunchy" and cluttered.
Also the main falcon looks a little "on TILT". Maybe this was the desired effect, I don't know, but if you didn't have "Maltese Falcon" written on the chips, I might mistake it for a penguin.
Why the Maltese falcon? Just curious if you had some sort of affiliation like you were a bird trainer, or there was a reason. If it didn't matter, I think maybe "Golden Eagle Card Club" (not bald eagle, its been overworked by pc.com) would have a better ring to it.
I like the chip color combos.
One suggestion would be maybe to mix up the spot combos a little. I don't know if this drives up the price with TR, but maybe throw in some half moons, some single spots, etc. much like the "kgbs" on the 2+2.
Other than that, you are on the right track.

Thanks for the Words:
I still am not as pleased with the $5 chip edge spots. Black and Blue just didn't work together. Looking for some help on that.
Inlay has gone through a few changes, most recently being this one:

Any more thoughts?

Like the theme...A couple tips..Your denomination will practically be invisible at that size & thickness... Maybe a better falcon image:
I'll Drop these designs here as well...
and a little different style...

I could have saved a few sentences if you showed us the revised version first.
Much improved, the falcon (and chip) looks much better.
For the red $5 chip:
I'm not much of a color guy, but maybe just changing the black edgespot to a gray spot, with Blue/gray will give it better contrast.
Or you can consider the gold spot like the group buy.

okay text and pics are too tight, they need to be spread out a little more
try making the suits smaller, they should be more of an added element rather than so dominating. You may just as well drop them altogether
and just have the arched text, the dnom and the falcon

Just a couple of thoughts,
I like Lynbark's bottom design, but agree with Tabasco to lose the suits.
I also like your revised falcon, maybe try making him smaller and centered perched on Lynbark's large red denominations.
Keep LB's arched fonts, they look good.
For the $5 red chip maybe change the black spot to yellow /w blue.
Nice design good luck.
