First off let me state that I am NO way affiliated with this company. This is important because I don't want to be flamed for the following. Read if you want, skip it if you don't. That being said....
I recentely ordered and recieved 500 Nexgen chips with the Oak carrying case from 5 star. Customer service was great (especially seeing as I'm ordering from Canada) and I just found that the left latch was defective. It just swings open as the ball barring is missing. After calling 5 star customer service, a call which took 2 minutes, I was told that a new case would be shipped to me at no cost and no need to return the original. Not only am I extremely impressed with the hassle free approach but the fact that I don't need to go through the process of packaging this up and shipping them back the original makes me want to look online and send for something else. Big thumbs up!

Same here...I appreciate the fact that they don't give you the third degree when you call to inform them of an error.
My call about a mixup probably took all of 1 minute.

5Star does have great customer service. I've only had one thing that bothered me. I recently placed an order with a new credit card. This credit card had my old billing address. So 5-7 days pass after my order, I go online to track it. It says my order was not shipped. I called them and they said since the billing address didnt match the shipping address, they couldnt ship the order. I told them I have ordered from them before, but since Ive never used that card, they couldnt do it. I think it would have been nice of them to call me or at least email me and let me know the address' didnt match and my order was on hold!
