What are the rules for raising preflop?

Example in no limit tournament. The blinds are 15/30. If i am UGT can i bet 50 or do i have to double it and bet 60?

If the SB is 15 and the BB is 30, then you have to raise it at least double the BB so yes you must raise it to 60 or greater. You can't raise it to only 50. I hope that answers your question.
