I just went and picked up a set from the local Pharm store. Great chips. I'm glad I didn't pre-order those new Paulsons when I could pick up the old classics just a few blocks away for under 5 bucks.
I don't know what is worse, these or the "lucky" chips that were posted earlier with a price tag of $999.99. Someone will buy them though.

...or from someone who says "Good luck and happy getting screwed over -- I mean bidding!!" ?  I'd intended to make it flagrant enough that you'd know it was a joke and not a real auction. I suppose having that many exclamation points isn't all that much of a strectch, but I was sure the "Real seasoned poker players know that if you don't have real clay casino quality chips like these, then you're CRAP!!!!!!!!" line would do it:)
I did borrow one or two lines from real auctions, though.

Yeah, despite what I have said in other threads about thinking its rediculous to pay $1.50+ for a set of casino Paulson’s I must recant and say I would go as much as $2.00 for this set, if I had the cash. This is really just an outstanding chip!
