Illegal to gamble under 21 online? |

Party Poker allows you to register on there site at the age of 18 however in Michigan the law states you have to be 21 to gamble. Now since it is online does the Michigan law apply or is the legal age to gamble on that site where ever the site originates from? Thank you.
