Did you know that participating in a poker forum can help you improve your own game? You can learn from other players feedback and from their experiences. Why the THP poker forums? We offer one of the best managed texas holdem poker forums available, and the community within is far more friendly than those typicaly found on other sites. WSOP Info & chip pics post:
WSOP Chip pics
Some older chips pictured. There's also another pic in his follow up post.
FYI - the chips change over the years and I haven't seen a good site for listing them.
From "Positively 5th Street" Jim McManus 2000 WSOP:
Denom / Qty / Color
$5,000 / 1 / Orange
$1,000 / 3 / White-Royal Blue
$500 / 2 / Black-Yellow
$100 / 7 / Slate
$25 / 12 / Green
25 Chips - $10,000
Gives the colors anyway and I was always curious about the starting chips breakdown... heres a link to the blind structure WSOP 2004 Blinds
