I'm sorry for the simplistic question, but I looked through some rules I found on-line, but I can't seem to find the answer.
Can you use the same cards for both a high and low hand?
Say you have 783K in the pocket
Flop is 5 6 9 2 Q
Can you use the 7 and 8 for the high, then use the 3 and 7 for the low?
I know that isn't a great example, but it was just one thing I was unsure of.
Also do you guys know of any sites with comprehensive rules? The sites I find seem to only give general rules.
Thanks in advance.

Yes you can. Also-str8s and flushes dont count for low hands. So if you have the wheel A2345 (pocket AK25 board 349KA) you have a nut low and nut high.
