It's not an inlay, it's a gold foil hotstamp. Are you the seller?
To be honest, I wouldn't recommend them. For Paulson chips, they sure are plain. No edgespots, and nothing but a gold hotstamp. Pretty boring. And there's only one color. Wouldn't make of a set.
Unless you already had the matching chips and you needed more black, I wouldn't buy these. There are much better deals out there.

yes.. I am the seller. I am getting a crazy amount of questions and offers on these chips and I don't want to sell myself short. Hoping someone had info on this style.

Yeah, I saw your chips shortly after they were listed.
The hotstamp almost looks like the MGM Grand lion, but not quite. These could be roulette chips or some other NCV chips.
They look like good Paulson chips (though plain) so if you can get near a buck apiece, that's pretty good. Somebody could use them, as you can see from the bidding.

Looks like you're already getting good money on these. They're good quality clay chips (assuming they're real Paulsons). I would only pay about .60 each on these considering the condition and no edge spots. You'll probably get close to $1 a chip since you have a full 100 and people are crazy about Paulson chips regardless of condition. Consider yourself very lucky if you get over $1 a chip. Anyone that's a fan of MGM might be willing to pay a little more for them.
