the blinds are 25/50 and the bet preflop is 100. is the 100 the mininum bet for the post flop, turn and river or just the preflop round?

Min. bet always = big blind.

In most games I've played the mininum bet is the BB for preflop and flop and 2x that for the bet after the turn and river.

Min-bet=BB
If someone bets the minimum raise and then another player wants to raise he/she has to double any raise before him/her.
