This is tougher than the other poll. TR King have far more flexibility than ASM, they're 10g, but I really like the ASM chips inspite of the fact that they're intractable on colors/spots and seem to be a bit more brittle than some of the other chips out there. I'd shade it to ASM. That said as things stand now I'd order from TR King.

Well, ASM absolutely has a better feel than TRK and asm's quality its top notch however the TRK will take a serious beating without any signs of wear and ASM's are quite brittle. Again, the TRK has excellent weight so really it’s a toss up to personal preference. I can’t truly say one is better than the other on the whole.

I voted ASM though...

I've only handled samples of the ASM's and I have samples and casino TR Kings. I definately prefer the small crown mold to any that ASM offers. I also think the TR Kings are a little too shiny but that probably translates to better durability. Based on what I've seen, and the fact that TR King is flexable with the edge spots, I vote overwhelmingly for the TR King.

Ultimately I went with ASM because of cost. My biggest concern was having nice edgespots, and I didn't really care if I had hotstamping or an inlay. That left me with the choice of 50 cent ASM chips or 95 cent TR Kings, and I wasn't crazy about the stock edge spots that TR King had available. Multi-colored edge spots would be cool, but that would only increase the price of the TR Kings.

I voted ASM but understand this view. I haven't seen multi colored edge spot TR Kings so my view is a little swayed... I really like the feel of my ASM samples.... just those dang single spots Very Mad
