nice table.
Just a quick question how thick is the rail?
Posted Mon Mar 07, 2005 8:42 am GMT by Nickmast
I dont have any progress pics. The rail is made out of 3 sheets of 3/4" plywood. Top piece is 4" wide, Middle piece (spacer for dice and light) is 2" wide, and the bottom piece is 1.5" wide. Any other questions, feel free to ask.

Wow. Great idea with the dice. Very nice work there.
Where did you get the legs for the base? How much did you spend on the dice?!

Double pedestal base from Oak Express $120. Approximately 285 dice $60

Even more if you add cup holders to the rail and maybe a dealers area.
Very nice job. Wish I had the skills to do it myself.

I'm actually not finished with it completely. I'm going to be putting cupholders and an ashtray that slides out from underneath the table for every player like a drawer, or cutting board that slides out of a counter.
