When I am looking for body language tells with the people I play with, it seems like it varies from person to person, and I would always get into trouble because I would get tells from similar players mixed up and make the wrong move. So I think the one tell that is the most concrete against, beginner to intermediate players(more advanced players seem to bet randomly, so if you are going to use this make sure the people you are playing aren't trying to sucker you.) is their betting patterns. For example, an aggressive player who bets everytime he hits on the flop all of a sudden is check-calling you, you can probably figure out that he is slow playing a monster.
Does anyone actually know of a concrete body language tell. The most concrete one I have is when someone looks at their chips after the flop.

Shaky hands are the most common tell, but yu have to be careful as to what they are giving away. I've noticed that shaky hands on the chips may mean a bluff, whereas shaky hands checking cards almost always means a monster.

Not a very powerfull tell, but a very acurate and usefull one for almost anybody.
If a player looks at his chips really quickly, and I mean very quickly, after a card action, (looking at his cards, looking at the flop, turn or river etc), it means he planed to put money in the pot. Not necesserly he have a monster, but he planed to play this hand further.
So, dont try to buy the pot with a small bet when it happen. If you have a big hand, you can sandbag it, or slow play it knowing that he will do the pot building job for you.
But remember, it's really quick. So when the flop is dealt, dont look at it, look at your opponent. The cards will remain there and you'll have plenty of time to look at them.
If he looks at his chips for a long time, it probably means he is counting them. He could be planing to bluff, take a gamble on a drawing hand or going all in over the top of a big bet.
Most of the tells happen when the cards are dealt, thats why you should'nt be looking at the cards when it happens, but at your opponents.
Very often, on the flop, i can tell, not only that my oponent hit the flop but wich card he hit if the dealer slow roll the flop. Thats why most of the time the 3 flop cards are shown at the same time.

Really...? my experiance tell me that shaking bets are almost every time monsters... Well... considering I never call, i could have been bluffed a couple of times. :D
But even when somebody else call, I 99% of the time saw a monster or a really good hand shown.
I'll pay more attention to it.
