I've read through the rules but am still a little unclear as far as the dead buttons rule and the raising situations after all-ins. Hopefully some one can help me out:
(1) DEAD BUTTONS: Am I correct in presuming that the dead button occurs until that round is finished, ie, if the person who was next going to be the small blind is eliminated then the game starts with a big blind only? Similarly, if the person who was going to be the big blind is eliminated then only the small blind is posted yet the first person to act must post at least the full bet? On the next round then obviously these seats are ignored.
OR does the dead button rule only apply if one of the people due to be one of the blinds in the next hand is elimated?
(2) RAISING/ALL INS: If someone bets/raises and a following player pushes all in but this all-in is less that the required amount for a raise (Eg, A bets 10, B pushes all-in with 15) then presumably player C has to raise at least 10. On the same note, if player B goes all-in and completes the raise and more then this puts a new price on the raise, Eg Player A bets 10, B goes all in with 25. If C wanted to raise then they would have to raise at least another 15?
Thanks for any help?

First, the big blind must never be skipped. You can miss the little blind if it needs to be missed (just make sure each player in the game gets the BB) So, if the player who would be the BB was just eliminated, the BB would go on to the next player and there would be no LB)
Like I said, just make sure the BB hits everyone.
Next, The minumum raise is alway equal to the largest bet or the BB for the first two betting rounds and 2X BB for the last 2.
The only time you can go in with less is if you are going all-in. Then you can bet whatever you have.
Now I've heard 2 differnent versions of the rule if a player doesn't have enough for the minumum bet on an all-in. Some people play if it's not at least 1/2 the minumum bet, it doesn't could as a bet (Meaning that it doesn't count as a reraise). Others play that if it is even 1 chip short of the minumum it doesn't count as a reraise.
