NL MTT. Blinds 25/50. I have about 1500 chips, in BB with 9To. 4 see the flop, which is 9TQ. I bet the pot and get raised 200 by the first limper.
What could he have? Since he didn't raise pf, I can rule out an over pair, QQ AQ. 99 and TT are unlikely since there are only 2 9's and 2 T's in the deck. I have only 4 outs against KJ, and 2 against QT or Q9. I'm ahead against KQ or QJ, but I'll need to shut down if K,J or 8 comes. I think that his most likely holdings are KQ, KJ, or QJ.
I decide to call him and see what the turn brings before I decide what to do. The turn is a Q, i check, he bets 400 chips, and I fold.
Did I make any mistakes?

I think you were probably ahead on the flop. Someone with KJ would likely smooth call with two to act behind unless the flop was suited, and then drop the hammer on the turn as long as nothing scary fell. I think I would've reraised in that spot.
Your check-fold on the turn is fine since there's very little you can beat at that point, except AJ or 78.
