Where can I get some?

I saw those a while ago, are those quality at all? Or are they the equivilent of an american 11.5 (i am not syaing metal slugged, but I am speaking of quality). Also, what are those made of?

Those plaques are generally made from acrylic. Very easy to get fine scratches on them.
