Hi,
A few of you may know that I purchased and subsequently sold 400 chips from the movie Rounders. While the chips were in my possession, I took high rez photos and scans of all the chips.
Since I wanted to learn the basics of Adobe Illustrator I decided to recreate the KGB inlays for the 1" labels.
These templates are designed to be printed on the 63/sheet 1" labels from Onlinelabels.com http://www.onlinelabels.com/ol1025.htm. The stock number is in the bottom right of the template. Make sure you uncheck the 'fit to page' box in the print dialog. You may also have to clip the margins to get them to line up for your printer. Clipping the margin moves the inlays in that direction. So to move them right, clip the right margin. (for Adobe Reader).
Here they are:
KGB25cent
KGB$1
KGB$5
KGB$25
KGB$100
KGB$500
A few notes.
The font is not the same but it is very close.
There was no 25ยข chip. I created it.
The original inlays were 3/4" not 1" so the bear looks a little smaller. It's not.
The colours are as near as I can make em.
The positioning of the different elements is directly from the original inlays. There are some strange variations throughout the denoms.

Yes,
An archivist who worked on the film for Miramax was permitted to take 400 chips from the set as a keepsake. He sold them on eBay and I purchased them and subsequently resold them.
They were the hit of my home game for a couple of weeks though.

does anyone know the actual chip and edgespot colors (as defined by the pokerchips.com color names) for the Teddy KGB chips used in rounders? I dont think there was a $1 chip shown, but any thoughts on that would be nice as well

It's hard to decide on some of the colours. I've played with the chips and I still can't match some to the colours on PC.com. These are my best guesses.
White/Pink
Mandarin Red/Yellow
Green/Arc Yellow
Black/Light Green
Purple (Lavender?)/Arc Yellow
White/Imperial Blue
Red (Orange?)/Light Green
Green/Arc Yellow
Black/Orange
Purple(Lavender?)/Yellow

if anyone is interested the font for the denominations on the Teddy KGB chips is Copperplate Gothic Bold, this is also the same font used in Chesterfield Club. The denominations on the chesterfields is Arial Black.

Here are the actual colors for the KGB chips. The only thing I'm not sure of is if the red is Red or Mandarin Red.
White/Dayglo Pink
Red/Dayglo Yellow
Green/Dayglo Peach
Black/Dayglo Green
Purple/Arc Yellow
