I probably fold. If he's truly as tight as you say, at best, you're a coinflip dog against an underpair, and against a stronger A or a big pair you're much worse off. Unless you think the BB makes this play with KQ or A9, you should muck and pick another spot.

I was the BB ... w/ TT
ATo calls w/ no more than 1 sec. of thought
flop = 2 8 A / A / 7
I opened my big mouth & said Nice hand but a Interresting call.
Guy says @ 4-1 my ATo was good ....
hmm ,I want 8 more of these guys in my game correct ?

Unless there was other dead money in the pot, I don't see how he figures 4:1. I only count 2825 with 1600 to call, and that's not even 2:1.

On a side note, if he was actually getting 4:1, then yes it was probably a good call. He's no worse than 3:1 against everything except AA.

Yes.

I would definitely fold here. And I think the reason you might hesitate is that you have already invested a good chunk of your money. I don't know how many people were at your table at this point, but it sounds like you came in early with A10offsuit for a raise. I don't like ATo enough to call more than one bet cold, and certainly don't like it in an early position enough to come in for a raise. I would've limped in for the cost of the BB, and then when BB came back at me, I'd have a much easier fold.

One thing that I have learn in SNGs.....most players on a big stack take really stupid risks. If I had 10 10 at that point w/ a big stack in the hand, I am all in-like you were, not being critical of your play there.

However, you have to assume that you will be called here. From his perspective, do I call.....I dont know-I have called with worse. Were you in the money yet? Was there some short stacks? I guess if I have the chips and still can feel comfortable, I may take a shot that you are trying to steal or have a small pair, or even Ax suited (which you see a lot-people love their Ace suite, even heads up). W/ the A10, a smaller raise worries me more than the all in here. ****this is assuming Party world of 10 person 800 starting, he has 1/2 the chips in the tourney and still would be OK w/ 2k+ if he lost.

Yes and no. Yes in a cash game because you'll win more pots against them. No in a SNG because their improper odds calculation puts you out. Sorry it went down for you that way.
