It seems I'm always getting delt Q 8 suited. I never know how to play this. Should I call , raise or fold this all together? I'm really starting to hate this hand, it loses me lots of money. Any suggestions would help. Thanks.

Simple answer: you fold. Think about it...you're dominated by Q9.

Q8 is a garbage hand, there's a reason it's losing you money. Only time I see the flop with this hand is if I'm in the blinds in an unraised pot.

fold 90% of the time, raise 7% of the time, call 3% of the time

Are those exact numbers based on years of calculations? :D

If I chose to play the Q,8 no matter in what position I would raise like there is no tommorrow. You would have to play this hand like a small pair. Raise so that you could represent any face card that might fall.
