Played in a home tourney this weekend |

My reguar playing buddy (and boss) and I were invited to a home tourney this weekend. Neither of us had played with all but 1 of the 9 new people there so we made the plan to start slow and play the "mouse" for a while. We all sat down and on the first hand we both folded and most of the people there started freaking out that we could fold cards before seeing the flop. We just smiled at each other. I Took first place and he took third, he only took third cause he called my all in with a 5 10. Im not sure what he was thinking with that one, maybe just used to everyone else playing garbage all night, but I had A J. The tourney ended the next hand when I woun with K high. Cant wait till next month as we were invited back.

enjoy it while it lasts. I used to go to a game like that. I beat them all the time and instead of them figuring out how to get better at the game they just politely asked me not to play anymore.
